Our home base. The clinic sits on W Yale Ave just east of Wadsworth, behind the La-Z-Boy Gallery, with easy parking and a ground-floor entrance. We welcome patients from Belmar, Green Mountain, Union Square, Eiber, Morse Park, accept Medicaid and most major plans, and you don’t need a referral to start in Colorado.*
